At Rogers Outdoor Sports you have two choices in shipping your atv, rtv, and others. You can purchase your unit in its original shipping carton like we received it from the manufacturer or fully assembled. Each has its advantage and pricing benefits so you need to choose which is best for you. Plus you can always pick up your unit at our warehouse assembled or still in the shipping carton in Northwest Arkansas.

For boats, there are several methods of delivery available that should be discussed with you by either coming into the store or calling us at

For ATVs the original shipping carton will arrive by truck in a steel frame carton wrapped in cardboard. The truck will be at dock height so we need to know if you need a lift gate for delivery.

Once the ATV arrives you will need to unpack the shipment which takes about an hour and then begin the assembly. The assembly will be to bolt on the four wheels add the handle bars and mirrors if it is equipped with them. From there you will check the oil, add regular gasoline and do an overall check of all nuts and bolts. The total time for unpacking and assembly is about an hour for our technicians so maybe an hour and a half for your first time.

This method saves us a great deal of shipping cost.  The second option is for us to assembly the ATV and ship it on a platform that will arrive to your destination almost ready to ride. You will need to check the oil, add regular gasoline and check all bolts that may have come lose in shipping. Since nothing can be placed on top of the ATV this shipping cost is more expensive but easier for you to begin to enjoy your ride.

Mountaineer offers the same option for the RTV-150 but to assemble the RTV takes about an hour longer due to the roll cage.  It is just as easy to assembly but there is just more to assembly.  The easiest for all of us is to pick up your unit in Northwest Arkansas.  We can have your unit ready to ride and in your truck or trailer in not time.  Plus we can give you a complete walk-around of your unit by our technicians.
